Yeah, I accept. Most homeowners don't realise this until things happens to them.

So, What do we do differently?

I know, I can't SOLVE all the problems, but I will do my best to reduce as many as possible.

1. FIXED CONTRACT

A Fixed 90 days contract and It ends right after 90 Days. and then you can extend on weekly bases or withdraw. You get the complete flexibility. Last thing I want you to feel stuck.

2. ONE PRICE

We do not reach you out to you "for "Reducing Price". Not even once. That's a PROMISE. That's how I funtion.

3. ACCOUNTABILITY

If you withdraw after 90days, We will give you your 50% of Marketing fee. This usually comes from our Pocket because it's mostly spend right before property goes live. This is the risk we take for you to believe in us.

4. 1/10th NOTICE PERIOD.

As per Agency agreements, We need you to give us a notice. That's a "LAW" requirement as well. So, we kept it 72 hours including weekends (technically it's 1 working day, if you give notice on Fridays)

That means, If I don't work hard to sell your proeprty. I LOSE MONEY.
